After the initial inspection you can begin an “Affordable Program”:
- An affordable pricing structure. Initial treatment, if necessary, is under $300.00 in most situations. Annual fee is typically $85.00 which must be kept current. Later, if active termites are discovered, you incur NO ADDITIONAL COSTS.
- No initial treatment is necessary in many newer homes.
- There is no co-pay if treatment is required as long as your plan is in effect.
- If treatment is necessary, it is performed by a trained professional using the most current and effective method.
- Bottom Line: If Termites are found while your ”Affordable Program” is in place and you follow our recommendations – WE TREAT THE AFFECTED AREA FOR FREE. This could save $ hundreds to $ thousands of dollars.
