Meet Derrick!

Derrick is TREC, TDA, and CCPIA certified, bringing strong technical knowledge and a sharp eye for detail to every inspection. He loves finding issues that can save clients thousands of dollars—calling it “a Where’s Waldo for adults.”

Derrick understands that buying a home can be stressful, and he takes that responsibility seriously. Clients can expect him to give his best effort on every inspection, helping provide clarity and peace of mind during an important decision.

Outside of work, Derrick enjoys working on cars and is currently building an engine for his 1990 Mustang 5.0.
