This company has the BEST customer service I've seen in a very long time. They were very prompt to answer my initial email and then prompt to schedule an inspection. I got confirmation texts from both the company AND the Inspector. Extremely thorough and explained what to expect, when I could go out and meet with the Inspector, etc. In addition, the Inspector JASON sent me verifications ("on my way", "feel free to meet me at x time", etc). When we met with him, he was very friendly and didn't act like we were in his way or were preventing him from doing his job. He was extremely thorough, took pictures throughout. We received our inspection the next day at 6am. In addition, the company called to inquire when our closing date was, so they could schedule our "free bug spray". I HIGHLY recommend this company and JASON to anyone!!!
