Meet Matthew! As a licensed home inspector through the Texas Real Estate Commission, I bring deep technical knowledge and a meticulous eye to every inspection. My training spans structural systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical—along with specialized certification in pest identification through the Structural Pest Control Service, allowing me to detect signs of termites and other wood-destroying insects that others may overlook.

Prior to inspecting, I spent several years in the real estate industry as an apartment locator in Greater Houston, giving me valuable insight into the buying process from both sides.

I approach each inspection with the same care and diligence I’d expect if I were purchasing the home myself. My goal is to deliver a thorough, clear, and informative experience—empowering clients to make confident, well-informed decisions.
