Structural
A sturdy foundation is a priority for most people buying homes in the Houston area. During a home inspection, we go beyond the required visual foundation inspection and take digital measurements to confirm the foundation’s condition. Other structural home elements that we assess include the roof, attic, interior and exterior structural conditions, exterior and interior doors, fireplace, and windows. Our house inspectors also take a look at the home’s insulation and ventilation as well as signs of possible water damage.
Mechanical
The home has many systems, and we take care to check each one so you know the condition prior to buying or selling. The mechanical systems included in a standard house inspection include HVAC and air ducts, plumbing, kitchen appliances, electrical service boxes, light switches, water heater, sprinkler systems, bathrooms, utility rooms, and pools or hot tubs (if applicable).
