The full home inspection report includes multiple details about the house we evaluated. First, we note items on the report like the type of building, the weather conditions, and if the buyer or seller is in attendance. Next, we list all elements of each system we inspected, details about those elements, and whether or not there is damage or limitations to them. These systems include structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and any specialized systems such as irrigation or swimming pools.
Example: We inspected the electrical service panel and noted details like where it’s located, the type of wiring, and the amp size. We found wires that are not marked or lights that are inoperable. Photos of these areas were taken and included in the report. We also made a recommendation to contact an electrician to make the repair.
Summary
